eNovate

eNovate, a subsidiary of eFinance Investment Group, in partnership with Visa and Arab Bank, launched Rize at Helwan University as Egypt’s first product under the Youth Banking as a Service (Y-BaaS) initiative. Rize combines a prepaid card with a mobile app tailored for students, serving both as an official university ID and a secure digital payment tool. The rollout began with 64,000 cards across 22 faculties, offering features such as expense tracking, ATM withdrawals and deposits, peer-to-peer transfers, and integration with campus services. Leaders from eNovate, Visa, Arab Bank, and Helwan University emphasized that Rize is more than a financial product—it is a strategic platform to empower youth with financial awareness, independence, and inclusion, positioning them as drivers of Egypt’s digital economy. This launch marks the first step in a broader plan to expand youth-focused digital banking solutions across Egyptian universities, reinforcing the partners’ commitment to financial inclusion and digital transformation.
